Sail & Ski in Norway

Enjoy a week of skiing in Norway's beautiful Lyngen Alps - all from the comfort of a private sail boat. Using this as our base, we'll be able to reach areas that can't be approached by a car. We'll sail in the fjords of the Arctic Circle and literally begin our ski tours from remote snow covered beaches. We'll climb summits on skis with amazing views and then enjoy massive descents of untouched powder-snow - right back to the boat.

Japan Freeride Camp

Japan has become world-famous for its dry powder and small crowds. For our Freeride Camp, we offer 4-5 days of lift-accessed off-piste skiing combined with 1-2 days of backcountry ski touring. Flexibility is key and with our private van, skiing the best snow on any given day will be our priority.

Highlights include long powder lines at the Niseko, Kiroro and Rusutsu resorts, a backcountry tour near Chisenapuri, and finding countless powder runs in Moiwa.

The Walker’s Haute Route

The summer trek from Chamonix, France to Zermatt, Switzerland is a classic adventure that cuts through some of the most spectacular alpine terrain on the planet with high alpine passes, quaint villages, and sweeping mountain vistas.

Our adventurous style combines the experience of staying at rustic alpine huts as well as the luxury of comfortable 3 and 4-star inns. And since food and bedding or provided, we can hike each day with just a lightweight day pack. It’s the best of both worlds!

Listen to our conversations with the guides, instructors, musicians, and business owners who make the mountains such a special experience for our guests.

“Truly a feast for the body, mind, and soul. The guides of Alpine Exposure have an instinct for where the best conditions will be on any given day. Our conversations about life, literature, and culture would have been memorable had they taken place anywhere, but the places they brought us made them that much more special."
